Where do you ship?
We ship across the contiguous United States. For questions about Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, contact us before ordering.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Small parcel items arrive in 3–7 business days. Larger furniture like sofas, beds, and dining tables is delivered by freight carrier in 7–14 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — standard shipping is free on all orders over $999 within the contiguous US. Orders under $999 ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
Is there a warranty?
Every piece is backed by a five-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
How do I care for my furniture?
Care instructions are included with each order and vary by material. In general, wipe wood with a soft dry cloth and vacuum upholstery regularly. Reach out if you need specific guidance.
Can I change or cancel my order?
