Returns & Refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original condition and, where possible, their original packaging. Gently used items may be subject to a restocking fee.

1. Email info@tonyajeanfoster.storewith your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. Our team will reply with return instructions and a return authorization within 1 business day.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Clearance items marked "final sale" and custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
